    I used Bob, he was recommended from my realtor. Seriously he is amazing. I still contact him today for electrician or plumbers whatever. He has your best interest in mind and will stay for hours if needed.

    A friend of ours recommended Greg House and we loved him.

    I was actually a little nervous bc FI got stuck at work and I was left to have him over alone. I hate having anyone in the house when FI isn't there.. Maybe I've watched the news a little too much! He made me feel really comfortable and was really personable and funny. He also provided us with a DVD of pictures of the things that needed work, and a very detailed report. He also suggested some upgrades that *could* be a problem in the future (ex.. gutters) that will in the long run save us a lot of money. He also pointed out things that were *up to code* but that we might want to upgrade for safety's sake in the future. Not sure how long inspections are supposed to take, but he stayed for hours and looked at EVERYTHING!!!

    He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand and even went back over everything once FI made it home.

    We bought our house 2 years ago, and I copied this from our inspection email, so I hope his info is still the same!
