And of course I have an unbearable need for homemade calzones. Hooray for cranking the oven up to 500 degrees for 2 hours! To counter the indoor heat wave, I will also be making frozen yogurt.

Now I am torn. Do I want to get in my transporter and go to Kristen's or Bethie's?I'm so hungry and I want cheesecake but am intimidated by it.

Ooh, Mike would love that chicken. We did a couple just ricotta filling, I had a prosicutto, Mike had mushroom and italian sausage.

I found out last night that it's a bad idea to make homemade oreos "for your husband" when you're having gall bladder problems and you're supposed to eat low fat.  There is an insane amount of butter and shortening, but they're irresistible.I'd say it was almost worth it.
