hi girls.. i usually don't post on this board but i'm so desperate and i need all the help i can get. long story short i was searching for a very specific dress.. couldn't find it anywhere in the midwest.. FINALLY, i found one that's sooo very close to it and i fell in love. the bridal store couldnt or wouldnt (not sure which) tell me the designer or style number for some reason. all they said was that they THINK it's mori lee.. i've searched through soo many designers and through 72 pages of dress on TK in the $$ price range (dress is 880).. does anyone recognize this dress? i only have a pic of the front.. the back laces and has a medium length train.. fingers are crossed!! thanks in advance for any help you can offer![img]http://i614.photobucket.com/albums/tt222/kccody8/yay.jpg[/img]

I have no idea who makes this dress, but I think it's really pretty and it looks great on you. I like pick-up dresses though, and this one is different than the ones I've seen a lot of. FWIW, I'd look for it cheaper to. My dress was a waste of money now that it's been in a ball in my closet since 2006.

the one i was orginally searching for is newer.. sottero and midgley asm3158.. but no where in the midwest actually has the dress, they just carry the line. i'm still searching bc that dress store is known for ordering ppl the wrong dress/color.. i can't order it there safely. thanks so much for all of the help girls!

They obviously don't keep tabs on where their dresses come from either. Sounds like you set yourself up for failure.I like the dress, but it's not that different from the hundreds of dresses out there. Surely you can find something similar.
