I was here..then gone. I do tend to hop on early most days. Sorry I missed you! I'm feeling pretty good, the queasyness is going away as is the fatigue. Thank goodness I'm almost 12 weeks. I am already wearing some maternity pants since I'm bloated like a binge drinker. Sucks. DTS. Hmm. Help my spacey brain out. There's some people I pretty much ignore over there so I might not be in the know.

Itty has to be 1600 grams, she is at 1495. They are thinking by the end of this week. I can't wait I am soooo tired of trying to be 2 places at once.

Not cleared yet, but it hasn't stopped me. I have been driving since Saturday. I couldn't take trying to find a sitter and trying to get a ride. I haven't taken a pain pill since last Tuesday and have been feeling good as far as my c-section. My only complaint is being tired.

Is the pumping and nursing going better? I bet you are eating like you've never eaten before.  You're probably burning what, like 1500-2000 calories a day making milk for two babies.

Oh the pumping... I am wore out and damn can I eat. I can't believe how fast my weight is coming off and how huge my boobs are. I am pumping enough for 2 right now, but I haven't been able to freeze any yet=( My left boob is not as good as my right either.

It's fantastic that you've been able to keep at it. My lefty never produced as much as righty either. I bet once they are both home and able to nurse more, you'll be able to start on that freezer stash.So are you on your mat leave now? How long are you able to take?

yes I am on maternity leave and my last day is Oct 27th, but then I have 4 weeks of vacation time that I still haven't used. So I will be heading back in Dec.

That's great about having two babies home soon -- and you look fantastic.  I was so happy to be able to get to the hairdresser two weeks after Ian was born.  Felt like a new woman.

I have about 10 billion pictures, that's pretty much all I do:) Here is Savannah in her crib. .and I just got a call!!! Itty Bitty will be home Thursday, no later than Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DAMN I AM SOOOOO EXCITED.... 2 more or possibly 3 more nights of going to the hospital!!!!!!!! They are not making her gain the full 1600 because she is doing soooo well, they started her on her "I get out of this joint" vitamin!!!! I just forgot how tired I am.  and I have a hungry baby... Be back in 15.

Hooray! That is wonderful news. So where is Savannah sleeping? Do they encourage tummy sleeping for early babies? I noticed them laying on their tummies in a lot of the NICU photos.

back or side. no tummy. They do that in NICU because they are hooked up to monitors.

I have been sleping on the couch with her in the bassinet beside me. It's easier to get the bottles here.

Until December, that's so nice. It will be so strange to think about work, won't it? Have you found in-home childcare? Is A back to work?I want to come visit when everyone's all settled and comfortable at home. Absolutely no rush.
