Calling and telling my dad will be a memory I will treasure the rest of my life. He started sobbing and said how much this will mean to him and my entire family. I love that we will all have something wonderful to focus on as we try to move forward.

My dad just called and when I answered the phone, I just heard sniffles. He is so overwhelmed y this and said how happy he is he'll get to see us as Thanksgiving.
