    I only watched the first minute (of 6) but it seems Kirk Cameron is saddened that children are "not allowed to" pray in school and Gideons are not allowed to hand bibles out in public schools.  Oh, and 60% of college professors are athiest, hellbent on brainwashing out babies.

    On the 150th anniversary of "Origin of the Species", his church is releasing a version with a 50 page introduction that basically says how horrible Darwin was (he had a "connection" to Hitler and hated women") and how flawed the evolution theory is. And they're handing it out at the "fifty top universities" in the US. Because 61% of their professors are agnostic or atheist.

    Oh, and they also show someone handing out the book at some college in CA with captions like "Look how no one turns away!" "Everyone wants a free book!" Well yeah, because the cover doesn't say anything about it being affiliated with crazy church, and it's just a guy on the sidewalk, not a booth or anything.

    I take everything being handed out.  It's easier than saying "no."  That doesn't mean it doesn't get tossed in the trash at the next corner.

    Really?  People hand out so much crap in Manhattan, your hands would be full by the time your reach the corner trash bin.  Easier just to avoid, walk right past. The most clever handout I've seen?  A flyer printed to look like $20 bills.  Drop a bunch of them on the sidewalk.  People will definitely take the time to bend over and pick it up, and it will take them a second to read it and figure out what it is.

    So no one knows the Darwin-Hitler connection?  Only the crazy folk?  He had the guise of being sane but extremely religiously convinced up until he got to that point.

    I *think* that the theory is that Hitler was basing some of his "reasoning" on Darwin.  That whites, non-Jews, etc. are superior to other races and thus the eradication of the "weaker" groups was ok.  Darwin also gets pointed to as the cause for thinking that abortion is okay too. If we say some characteristics/genes are more valueable then the next logical step is to eliminate the lesser ones--genocide, abortion, etc.  So say the nuts.
