See, this is how one ends up marrying their roommate. Or, this is how I ended up marrying mine.Moo, I know RI isn't convenient but we have an extra room. I no longer give head to my roommates, unless we're married.

I would add that even in NYC, you can get your own apartment for that amount, and you don't have to worry about being violated while at home.
