Bridesmaids dresses

This might be better suited the attire board but I like to get opinions from locals who might know of something in our areas or local deals.

I dont want my BM's to spend a ton of their dresses, lets face it I have 5 in my closet I have never worn again as I'm aure all of yall do.

Does anyone know of cute dresses that are not crazy expensive.

Thanks! :)

I'm not so good with the advice... Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment?

  • We actually got their dresses at Banana Republic. If you get on their email list they send out 30-40% off coupons ALL the time, and they have so many dresses.
They will 100% get worn again.
  • I really like the idea of just buying dresses at Limited or something -- super cute and wearable!  I would have done that if they'd had my color.

  • What are your colors?

To this day, I wish I had just let my girls pick any black dress they wanted and called it a day.  I always think different dresses looks very chic.
  • Thanks for the great suggestions. Our wedding is very laid back so I think going to a regular store instead of a "wedding" store will work great and they can wear them again. I like the different dress look as well. My colors are neutral shades, grey-blue, taupe, yellow, and green, maybe some peach mixed in, it sounds like a hot mess of colors but I swear it makes sense in my head...and on pinterest!! :)
  • If you know what color you like you can find once-used dresses by David's Bridal on ebay! Weddingbee is also a good source for used dresses. I got my wedding dress second-hand and it was like new. Dry cleaned and half the price!

  • Mine I feel were amazing, it was $95 from Nordstroms for my BM to get these really nice dresses by Jessica Simpson, wish I had a picture somewhere.

  • I thought that bridal places would be too expensive, too...or too "weddingy" but we went to Alfred Angelo just to look and ended up finding this dress (and choose dark gray). They have a summer sale where all BMs dresses are $15 off, so they ended up being about $85.
