I need to stop watching Adoption Diaries

I'm finding myself getting all judgy about the people involved.  The last episode was the worst.  I was judging the adopting couple because they had "tried unsuccessfully to adopt for 10 years", and I was judging the birthmom for getting pregnant again within a year of putting the last kid up for adoption.

I don't watch, so maybe I don't understand, but what's judgeworthy about a couple who have been trying to adopt for ten years?  maybe that no birth parents would pick them because they suck? did they suck?

My judge-o-meter decided it was because they only wanted a white baby.  I obviously have no idea if this is true or not, but I caught myself judging all the same.I judged the adopting couple from the first episode I watched because the woman seemed really into it and the guy didn't seem interested at all.I thought the show would be informative and it would be cool to see why birth moms picked the people they did, but they seem like they revolve the entire episode on the the delivery and whether the birth mom will change her mind.
