Marscapone cheese

I've never had this.  Is it sweet and delightful or is it more along the lines of cream cheese?  I always see it in desserts.

It's like a very bland cream cheese.

It's kind of bland. It's more like solid cream.

I know this is late, but I'll respond anyway.  If you've had tiramisu, you've had mascarpone cheese - it can be bland, but is delish.
