hey, since you are currently having a cold... I think I am getting one. I have a call into my doc but haven't heard back. What can you take?I realize probably not a lot of medicine, but I was thinking of upping some doses of Vitamin C and ZInc. It probably sounds dumb to ask, but is that ok? How about lozenges, those cold-eze ones?

I am not taking anything at the moment except tylenol. My safe list includes sudafed, claritin, benadryl, plain robitussin (No letters after). I use Halls if I need them.  My prenatal has a ton of C and Zinc so I was hesitant to use any extra.

Yeah, mine has a ton too, I am just so used to taking extra when I am sick, it feels weird not too.

Yea, I don't want the baby to come out bronze colored from too much zinc. ;-)

Now that you tell me this possible benefit, how could I not take more zinc.
