It is back to school (teaching) for me...I slept like crap and feel gross...that is par for the course...

Other than work, FI and I have to go to my FILs tonight for a gtg because some (really old) relatives from Holland are in town. Apparently a bunch of family said they couldn't because it was the first day of school. Apparently I didn't get that memo so I said yes. Now we are missing out on our traditional all-you-can-eat sushi dinner with our friends because of said gtg. 

All around, not impressed with today. And it only just started.

Tuesday is actually a pretty good day... or in my experience, anyway, given I've almost finished living it ;P

Good morning, number, and eventually everyone else!

I slept like crap, too.  I just lay awake thinking "Okay, go to sleep NOW and you'll still get a few hours."  At least I woke up pretty energetic.  Today is our summer reading diagnostic test day anyway, so my kids will be pretty busy with that.

I have to get on top of my laundry when I get home and then it's more grad school work.  This one class is really kicking my ass because it's a lot of group work, so I have to virtually meet with my group every day, which sucks. 

Here's hoping that Monday is quick.

Sun...I teach grade 8 English, History, and Geography and I cover primary classes as well.

Ugh, you're right!  Haha, sleep deprivation is bad.  But you just made my day because I was really thinking it was Monday.

Wooohoooo Tuesday!  Okay, this day has turned around.  I'm off to work!

I'm very excited it is Tuesday but I'm NOT excited I cant breath through  my nose.  My allergies have never been this bad, but I can't force myself to shut the windows.  So maybe i'm doing it to myself?

Today I work till 12:45, a haircut (finally!!!!) and visiting some friends later.  DH has to work late tonight.  (blah!)

Man you are up early. I'm stll recovering from 2 asthma attacks over the long weekend. My chest feels like a Sumo wrestler is sitting on it.

I have to convince my boss to let me leave a half hour early today, so I have time to get to a lab. They are making a special compound for my toe and apparently you have to start using it right away because it has a short shelf life, and of course the lab is way the hell up there and closes at 6.

But, I have to go to Walmart for some duct tape and a coworker just informed me that there is a new edition of Pete's Dragon out on DVD, so I might just have to buy myself a present.

I slept like crap too, I woke up almost every hour checking the clock to make sure I wasnt sleeping in because im all anxious about starting my new job today. I even went to bed early lastnight (like... 10:30 early!) and it made no difference. Now it looks all dark and gloomy out and I cant figure out if its because thsi is way earlier than I would normally wake up or if its just a gloomy day.

Morning ladies!! I'm not ready to go back to work ( i had five days off)--but, it's only a four day week, so it won't be that bad!

And, Rich and I have been married for 6 months today...gah! I swear it feels like just yesterday; weird.

I'm here early because I have to run around all day. Some charge is on my bank account, and I'm terrified that someone stole my card number, so I'm impatiently waiting until 8am to go fix that, and then I have to go get me damn phone replaced because for some reason I can't hear phone calls. WTF? 

I'm having a Monday on a Tuesday. I hate that.

Looks like we all kind of slept like crap.

I'm starting a new job today too, and I don't feel nervous. In fact, I don't feel anything at all, which is very strange. I think I used up all my nervousness over the weekend and now I'm just drained. Thank goodness for a 4-day week.

Its totally the drive im freaking about. Ive only ever driven on the highway ONCE and my husband was in the car giving me pointers the whole time. I really psyche myself out with crap like this. I also worry that I will get there and they will say "wtf did we hire her for?! shes weird".

Thanks though. Ill try to keep my cool in the car. Maybe ill sing loudly to the radio.

Morning.  I got stuck behind some blind 115 year old lady on the highway today... in the fast lane.  She kept slamming on her brakes.  It did not put me in a pleasant mood.  Now I'm at the office dealing with a coworker's incompetence and an exceutive's narrow vision   Thank god this is a short week.

Morning all.  I'm so out of it today.  I too slept like garbage last night. 

My H ripped apart our back room yesterday.  He's trying to level the floor out, so it's a pretty big job.  It's an addition, and apparently the previous homeowners were ok with the fact that the transition between the rooms was, like, 2 inches higher than the rest of the floor.

I made baked beans on the weekend, and that's about all we ate yesterday.  I have nasty, stinky gas today.

Good morning, everyone.  I'm back at work, and it's now comletely dead.  We also lost power this morning, so I don't feel totally awake, since I could get through my normal routine, kwim?

I'm still sick (going on week #5), too, so I think I need to make another trip into the doctor... not looking forward to that either.  But I'd really like to stop coughing.

Good morning.  The best part about today is that I only have 3 more days of work after today.

We worked on our retaining wall this weekend and my legs are so sore from squatting and bending over all day Saturday.  It's also raining this morning because of Hurricane Hermione...Hermine...Herman, whatever it's called.

MIAF- I have. 3 times in the last month.... I'm kind of getting tired of them just saying "it's allergies... it's bronchitis..." and sending me on my way.  That's why I keep putting it off.  Plus, I'm sick of paying for the co-pays when they don't really do anything anyway.

Apparently we are having a tropical depression or hurricane or something. I learned about it on FB this morning. Maybe I should actually watch the news some time. Oh well, the rain is nice, and we had beautiful weather this weekend.

Yeah, one on Saturday when I posted, one on Sunday. I took it easy yesterday but still feel it in my chest. And I have a meeting with a big boss at 2 regarding a new project I was selected for, and I'm nervous, which makes my asthma worse.
