Hi all. H is at work tonight so I just hung out at the house. I did work out for the first time in forever. Man I am out of shape. But there were so many of my friends who went to color me rad today whose pictures looked like so much fun. I got inspired to start working out with the goal to going next year.

Thanks loopy. H and I had a long talk about our eating today. He always eats out once a day. We committed to taking healthier lunches from now on. There is little healthy eating in our town. Everything is fast good. Well there is subway but I am a cold cut snob and hate there over processed stuff.
