I think drinking apple cider vinegar would make me even more quesy, not cure my upset stomach.  Blech.

I haven't opened your link.  But, my dad swears by coca-cola as a solvent for tons of things. Anytime there's something hard to clean he's all "pour some coke on it!".

I swear by vinegar for cleaning now. When we moved out shower heads had 3 years of calcium build up and our glass shower doors had 3 years of hardened water spots. I tried CLR, different chemicals, nothing worked. 10 minute soak in vinegar and the shower heads are like new and the glass doors are so clear I almost smacked into one the other day.
