I have finally chosen my wedding colors, I think. I'm going to do navy bridesmaid dresses with really bright flowers, pinks, oranges, yellows and greens. What do you ladies think? Also does anyone have any shoe ideas? I was thinking a hot pink but, I'm still on the fence! Thanks!!

Lol I didn't mean I was going to have all of those basically all of the flowers are going to be pops of colors! With the white tablecloths and the navy napkins I needed some color!

Something to consider is also if you plan on buying your girls' shoes... I personally don't have a pair of hot pink shoes laying about and if you wanted a specific color/style, I would be a little upset to have to shell out money for a pair of shoes I would honestly never wear again... If you did nude as a PP suggested, it's more likely that your BMs would have that color in their closets already...

I would probably stick to nude for shoes for your girls, and do hot pink for you if you want colored shoes.  That way, you get the best of both, and no one is out searching for hot pink shoes except you!

Navy and yellow and navy and orange are great colour combos.

I agree with the nude shoes for them- It's timeless so you won't regret what you made them wear. Can you do mostly neutral boquets with a few pops rather than have them be color bombs? That will also look more timeless and less like a little girl picking colors (If I could do a rainbow wedding I totally would too though). Or you do "nude" flowers and pink shoes and they do nude shoes with pink flowers--- that would make an awesome picture!

I think bright accents (I repeat accents!) will look really good! Maybe do a hot pink ribbon on the invite with a Kelly/lawn green accent on cream cardstock with Navy ink? Carry this sort of small accents over to escort cards, centerpieces etc? Maybe tie programs with one bright ribbon, but have multiple versions?

thats my color combo navy dresses w pink gerber daisies.. and my shoes are going to be fuschia (already bought them and i LOVE them) im having the girls wear silver shoes.. and the guys will be doing grey tuxes

Another thought is to let them pick their shoes in any of the "pop of color" colors.

thats a lot of color. I like navy but I can't envision those flowers looking good with the navy. you don't want them to look like crayola just exploded.
Stick with nude shoes for them, but a big thing that brides are doing now is wearing colored shoes, so you can wear the hot pink!

What do you think of Navy dresses with different shades of purple flowers with some hot pink flowers?? I'm sorry-im not trying to be mean-im just really trying hard to envision the organe, yellows and pinks together with the Navy dresses and im not a fan. Im just being honest- i would tell this to a friend. I do like the idea of hot pink and navy together! PLease don't be mad LoL

We are doing navy and peach. Not bright really, but we are sticking with grey shoes since all of my girls already have them. IT's just easier than looking for new shoes I guess.
