  • This is a super lame grievance, but im sick of all the nonstop "DO YOU HAVE A KINDLE/NOOK?! OMGOMGOMG!!" discussions. Its way too often. And I feel this way because I hate them.
  • That's different J. And I wouldn't really all that kissing, ya know?

I can get on board with this. Mainly because I don't have one and I don't care about them. Oh and I don't really read.

  • Trufax - out at the bar one night I was acting a fool because I enjoy making fun of myself, and my friend was all "HA, you are so ghetto" and another friend went on this rant about how racist she was for saying I was ghetto.  I was like "Dude.  I was being ghetto.  On purpose.  Chillax, Captain PC."

Stop trying too hard! It's obvious and will make people die inside. Just be yourself. :)

I can get on board with this too - but it's the same thing to me as when people talk about Harry Potter, Twilight or WOW.  I just don't really get any of those things so I just ignore the discussions.  And then I feel like I suck because I'm obviously missing something or whatever.

And now everyone can file a grievance with me since I was a douchebag and brought up the aforementioned overly discussed topics.

Just to be clear, I'm not overly offended by the ghetto thing. I know it bothers some people, so it's more of a know your audience type of thing.

With YIO it wasn't as much about the word as it was the whole "I DIDN'T CALL YOU GHETTO......YOU ARE GHETTO" thing. Does that makes sense?

You could repleace ghetto with tablesaw and I would think it was just as lame.
  • So... uh... I'll be getting a Kindle in a week, and haven't been paying a whole lot of attention to the Kindle threads.  Hopefully my "search" function will work, so I don't have to bug ya'll with YET ANOTHER Kindle thread :)

I'd say methy. You can be ghettofabulous, but you can't really be methyfabulous, unless you're into sores on your face and only having 3 teeth.
