Does anyone have an actual TV schedule for the ice skating -- like when it will be shown our time?

Here's the schedule of which events are on which days:

And here's a broadcast schedule by time zone:
http://www.nbc.com/schedule/

Edit: That second one only shows primetime. Go to the first one, and you can click on the various events and then click "My Time" (as opposed to Vancouver time) to show when it will be showing in your time zone.
