Gelato. Since you're getting married in the fall, I doubt it will get too melty. Of course, I'm planning to do ice cream in June, so maybe I shouldn't comment on melty stuff.

No I got the idea for donuts from your bio! I thought they'd be a good idea since FI loooves donuts, but he didn't care too much. He said, "only if they're from that one place in Rockwall." sigh.
