I was lying about not knowing how to swim.  Shrimp really do creep me out.  I don't care how good you say they taste, I can't bring myself to eat anything with beady little shrimp eyes and a tail.

And Cew was right, I did not play varsity volleyball. I love playing volleyball, but I didn't have time to do it in high school.

My college has TWO radio stations and I deejayed on both. I was also the assistant programming director for one my sophomore year and the talent coordinator my junior year.

My great-grandmother's maiden name is very Dutch. I had a feeling her family immigrated to New Amsterdam and after some research, I traced the family back to 1640ish. The ancestor who came here in 1640 is also an ancestor of John Jacob Astor IV. I guess part of the family stayed in Manhattan and got rich and my part of the family moved upstate and become dairy farmers. FML.

I have my Bs in Archaeology and published my first site report (A civil war encampment excavation in VA) when I was 22.
I also had 12 cats when I was in high school. We took in a stray who was pregnant, she gave birth to 9 kittens, then we had another momma stray with a 3 month old who we would take care of.

i only speak 2 languages(&british sign language) fluently not 4..so that was my lie
i was hit by a car whilst riding my bike which mangled my arm and i was in a coma

my hypochondria is under control but it is there, i read medical books like everyother day looking at symptoms i think i have/...i dont like it and wish there was a pill to take it away.

I have a chronic digestive disorder-Crohn's disease that caused a really severe bowel obstruction (like my intestine was 0.2cm in diameter in one palce) by the time I was 22.  I had the surgery to remove the obstruction and the gall bladder out at the time.  I still struggle w/ the Crohn's and have some lasting effects of not having a gall bladder, especially if I eat a lot of greasy/fatty foods.

Yes...I hate Chinese food.  I can't even stand the smell.
I worked for the Jets since age 15 as a stat girl.  Sounds hard but it was just reading numbers over the phone.  Now the computer does it. 
I had surgery on a cyst above my eye in NYC hospital for special surgery and Tipper Gore had a face lift by the same guy a week before.

I picked out my first dog, Maggie, because a) she looked like the Poky Little Puppy and b) when I walked away from her cage, she cried.
