I do that with H. I know it's immature too, but I tell him that since I didn't have any ex-boyfriends that he doesn't get any ex-girlfriends. It's more of a joke than anything else.

And yeah, it's weird with my mom. They never had any kind of romantic relationship so it was all out of the blue. My stepdad thinks it's funny. My mom is just confused.

Yeah, it was a WoW guildmate, that pretty much sums it up. The internet amuses me.

After that, I moved in with FI, but he kept asking me for another 4 months. I was trying to avoid issues since you know, same guild and all, but after that I was like 'Dude, if you ask to see me naked one more time, I will screenshot it and post it on the forums."

Minr freakout this morning:

A friend called me as he was passing by my venue and asked me if we were still having the wedding there, because it had obviously flooded last week. He said it was surrounded by bulldozers and debris, and the water line was only 4 feet from the road. I wasn't so concerned for myself, but for my friend who is getting married there in 2 weeks. 

I called her and she hadn't heard from the venue until this morning. Apparently the owner and her H, who live there, were trapped upstairs for the whole day on Tuesday and Wednesday. They claim the major work will be done by tomorrow, but she's know to be a bit on the crazy side, so I'm not so sure.

Funny thing is that I have a friend who lives right down the creek from them who is now gutting her house down to the studs because of the flood, and I didn't even think about the venue. My friend didn't have flood insurance because they weren't in the 500 year flood plain, so she's pretty much screwed. I hope the venue had insurance!

LOL!  I play WoW with FI as well, but since we run our own guild, people are pretty respectful. Our guild has a lot of couples so women aren't such a novelty, I guess.

Good morning to everyone!  I've been running late all morning but don't care.  I'm excited because my dad & brother are unexpectedly coming up this weekend since Stanford gave them tickets to the football game on Saturday (my brother is applying there and wants to play football for them).

Hi guys! I'm just checking in quickly during lunch, so this will probably be a post and run.

My Thursday is okay.  I'm meeting up with some NJ Knotties for a book club we made, which should be fun.  But last night my mom's boyfriend (I hate saying that) had to go into the hospital, so I'm waiting to here about that.  They think it's a kidney stone, but he's been having some other issues lately, so we have to wait and see.

I'm also exhausted and sad because I'm pretty sure FI will be buying a ticket soon to go home to IN for Christmas and our schedules aren't meshing, so we'll be apart for the holidays.

Lol, yeah there were a couple years there where I was the only female, so I had pretty much every guy not in a relationship ask me at one point. I wish I still had some of those screenshots. This guy actually ended up gquitting with our only Val'nyr to go to a rival guild because this 17 year old chick showed him her tits, and convinced him to leave with her, because she was banging the other guild's GM. She was terrible, a b*tch, and not all that nice to look at, so this was apparently the only way to secure epics.

Yeah, I hear that... we had some drama with a single lady flirting with EVERY guy in the guild for a while, she had them all thinking she was their internet GF until they figured out what was going on and we told her to hit the road (we have a "no drama" policy).

I also knew a girl who was GF of FI's friend who started us playing who was the only female in her guild, and like you, she got all kinds of weird requests from the guys she raided with.

Speaking of Val'nyr, I am still short 2 fragments for mine.  :(  Once we downed Yogg, people stopped caring about Uld.  Even my coaxing with the enticement of possible IB protodrakes wasn't enough, apparently.  :P

Good Moning ladies, or should I say good afternoon. I'm off today, so I slept in a bit. We had some storms come through this morning so it really feels like fall this morning.

B- sorry you still have a-hole co-workers. I suck at Excel also, so usually I yell for Kyle and he fixes it. He doesnt try to teach me anything, it's just easier for him to do it, plus it makes him feel needed.

So I was just sitting here thinking about lame guys trying to hit on girls in their guild or playing online and wondering how desperate they must be....then I remembered, my brother met his girlfriend this way.

They were on different teams (I didn't think it was WoW) and he used to razz her, calling her all kidns of names and she threw it all right back in his face. Then they realized after like 6 months of flirting that they went to the same high school and have been inseperable ever since (a good 2 years now). She even followed him to college like a little puppy.
