He asked what Ive been asking, how much longer etc.  We are going to see if he replies to Scott faster than he does with me and go from there.  I'm not sure how much we can protest though other than me throwing a bitchfit over email and writing reviews.

He replies to me but it always takes well over a week.  He replied to Scott in 2 days last time.
