Just painting my house... still.. working on the front foyer and getting the kitchen painted in one day.. thats it.

TGIF is right!! Tonight we're going to stay in and watch Modern Family and just chill... tomorrow, depending on snow, we're going to check out some tuxes for the guys!

I think we are staying in tonight and having movie night! I have to work tomorrow for a few hours and then depending on this snow storm we are going out with my family for my birthday dinner.  Then Sunday we are staying in and watching the Patriots! We need to clean up and hang all our pictures in the apartment since Christmas has been long over and we need decorations again.  Hopefully WR I will start on my programs and I found an issue on my invites so I'm trying to get in contact with the lady to get another proof of the directions card.

Take down our frickin Christmas tree!! Hahaha isn't that embarrassing?? We're one of those people that's realllly bad at taking stuff down lol. But the idea is all me, cuz FI is still ok with leaving it there for a little longer haha.

I MUST finish all invite stuff before going home the 3rd! Wahh! I have to finish the directions insert, print everything and decide whether I'll take my embellishments with me, or buy some back home. I hadn't worked on it for a while because FI said not to worry about taking them to the US anymore. So I relaxed. Just this week he was like, "nevermind, we should take our invites with us!" Grrr -.- So now I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off! AND I'll have to assemble half the invites at my uncle's house because I'm having the panel pockets delivered there (do you know that the website wants to charge me $70 to have them delivered here?!?!) Don't really love the idea of assembling invites in front of a guest, but what else can I do.

I'm going to Chicago for work Sunday-Wednesday and FI is coming with me Sunday-Tuesday. We even get a lakefront suite at the Hilton It's also my birthday on Sunday, so I'm going out to dinner with my dad tonight and my mom tomorrow. Also, ordering the flower girl dress tomorrow. Busy weekend!

Tonight we're just staying in and watching a movie. Tomorrow we're meeting with a contractor about building our house, going to visit the restaurant where our RD will be to check out the private room, and then have a birthday party at night! Sunday I have a baby shower then GIANTS football (: Can't wait.

It's looking like it'll be a rainy weekend here, so we're going to work on cleaning the apartment (blech) and probably FI will study while I work on our invitations.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to michelle and ceglare!!!

WR: BM dress fitting tomorrow for my MOH's wedding.  I'd like to bang out the rest of my brooch bouquet this weekend.  My dog is starting to show interest in knocking it down and chewing on it now so I need to get it done and away.

NWR: Hopefully I'll get to do some workout tapes because I'm not driving to the gym in the snow.  I FINALLY dropped some weight on the scale this week so I'm REALLY excited about that (I've been on a plateau since last JUNE).  Sunday, FI and I will be watching the NY Giants!

Nati we just took our christmas tree down last sunday and I thought FI was going to cry because I made him do it!  He loves the tree and did not want it to come down however I was so over it!

Tonight FI and I are headed over to his dads house for a pizza night.  His sister is coming over and his little brother will be home from college for the weekend.  Tomorrow I am going shopping with FI step-mom to look at dresses for her and sunday I think I may take a trip to Ikea and look for some centerpiece things.

yay for friday!  And for me getting off work at 1pm today!  FI and I are tossing around the idea of driving to San Diego tonight, but I'm not sure I want to spend money on a hotel.  Other than that, I have absolutely no plans!

NWR: my dad is a high school basketball coach....fiance and i are going to one of his games with my mom tonight. the big news in indiana this week has been the opening of our very first jack in the box....i know i know, not exciting for you west coasters and southerners, but i LOVE jack in the box so we are hitting it up tonight!
tomorrow fiance is treating me to a massage after our hot yoga class- so excited!! we are also having dinner and drinks with some of my law school friends.
 
wedding related: TOMORROW WE ARE PICKING OUT OUR WEDDING BANDS!! our jeweler is having a bridal event so fiance's band will be $500 off - can't beat that! i LOVE our jeweler - she sent me a monstrous bouquet of flowers that were the prettiest i had ever seen after fiance and i got engaged, and we talk on the phone sometimes, so i am just as excited to hang out with her for a few hours as i am about actually picking out my band!

WR: I'm going to my sister's in New Hampshire and we're going to get STDs ready to mail! Yea, a little late, but I'm still blaming it on our date change lol ETA: Also should pick up FI's wedding band since it came in, and that mall is off the interstate I take to get to NH.

NWR: We may do a little shopping, and possibly go skiing or ice skating. She went to Indiana for Christmas, and brought me back some presents from other people

NWR: Tonight, FI and I are having dinner with my family to say good-bye to my little brother who is starting his last semester of college in Virginia. I'm also doing a bit of tutoring this weekend, FI and I are having dinner with another couple tomorrow and then I'm hoping the Giants win on Sunday!

hahaha!! the south side, near greenwood park mall...apparently it has been so crowded that they have needed policemen to stand on the street to direct traffic and keep the drive thru line moving along!

WR: I'd like to meet with FI and discuss some of the research I've found so far - like the reality of the cost of cakes!  Just get his input on things so far and maybe pick out an invitation so the designer can work on it.  He's been preoccupied with some proposals at work, so I've kept wedding stuff off the table for a few weeks while he focuses on that.  Now I've got a list of stuff to talk about!

NWR: maybe go on a date, there's a party on Saturday night, work on my thesis, maybe ski

OMG I love Jack in the Box! How did you survive without it for so long? 

WR: I'm most likely buying my dress this weekend! I don't know why this little detail has taken so long, it's very possible I'll have to pay a rush on it, but oh well I guess. 

NWR: I'm making a healthy Thanksgiving themed dinner tonight for FI and I. We're OBSESSED with Thanksgiving food. Then we're co-hosting a playoff party on Sunday.

WR: BeachLover and Butterfly - We're looking for fiance's wedding band this weekend, too! And perhaps working on our registry at Bloomingdales. I love being a few blocks from the flagship one on 59th St. That is, unless the snow becomes an issue and we can't leave the apartment . . .

NWR: It's going to be a hard weekend. I'm doing the BluePrint Cleanse (just started today, hence my TK stalking because I can't concentrate on work!). Has anyone done a cleanse before and have any inspirational words for me? The green juice is TERRIBLE and nothing like other green juice I've had before! Blech! Also, I'm not sure why I decided to do this during Playoffs...going to be hard to resist the wings and beer.

I have a few in mind, but I definitely don't have one picked out. I don't know what the deal with the dress is! I can't commit to save my life! What's funny is everytime I try on dresses I love each one. So it's not like I can't find something I like, I like everything.

meagan good luck shopping!!! do you have pics of any of the ones you like?!? and it has sucked not having a jack in the box hahaha! for years i have been saying that in indiana, we really need a jack in the box, a tim horton's, and an in-and-out burger...right now we only have one of the three!! i love the idea of a thanksgiving-themed dinner too....turkey-cranberrysauce-mashed potatoes is my favorite meal combo ever!

bridetobe i am OBSESSED with juicing and lots of days will just have a juice for lunch, but i haven't done an actual cleanse yet! fiance reallllly want us to do a cleanse together...but i love to eat and work out and i am afraid i would get too hungry! (I love green juices though so that part wouldn't be a problem!!) are you totally starving??
