Yeah I get the e-mails from etsy about twice a day. And some of this stuff I'm just amazed anyone really buys it.

You just know some 19 year old is sitting in her college dorm sewing this crap thinking her next stop is Project Runway.

I have an Etsy shop and I check out the forums a lot.  The regs on that forum are constantly whining about sellers bringing down the image of Etsy.  And it's not people like this they have a problem with--it's people who they think can't possibly be actually hand-crafting their stuff.  Um, yeah, that's what's giving Etsy a bad image . . . go over to Regretsy sometime and open your eyes.

Oh I agree with you, and I know a lot of these people craft this stuff theirselves.

But their merchandise, wow.

I love etsy, it's where I bought most my wedding items. And I've found some great household items. I just wonder what some of these people are thinking.
But I guess that's why we have websites like The People of Walmart!

Aaandd - between the bike shorts I wear (biking, if I get cleared today to do so), and the orthotic brace, I get a nice little muffin top. Although, I might be able to pull the bike shorts down over it.
