I got to Florida safely. Thanks everyone who calmed me down about the flight! I had a relaxing glass of wine and read the whole way.
Mom and I have had a great time so far. Unfortunately the shuttle launch was delayed for a third time (it's now scheduled for Thursday afternoone), and we won't be able to see it. We're leaving Thursday morning. Sad for us.
I'm really bummed out about that, but at least we've had a fun mother/daughter trip.
