    Well, both of those would be considerably more than what I make right now so I'll take the pay raise and love my job.

    Yes, and he thinks it's cute.

    Depends on what I've just seen or what's on but right now Cinemax is showing Ocean's 11 and that is sooooo nice to look at.

    Would you rather love your job and make 30K a year or hate your job and make 150K a year? Just dealt with this one... I got offered a low pay job but would be an awesome comfy job, but we just can't swing that kind of income. So I would have to say more pay, but hopefully I get a lot of vacation days!

    Depends on how bad I hate it I guess. But I could for sure live off of 30 k :)

    When people think it's okay to be incompetent, even when it effects others negatively.

    Yes he does, I talk to him about a select few conversations we have on here. He thinks it's good that I have someone else to talk to the wedding about :) So I don't drive him bazerk

    Robin Hood, Disney style. :)

    Put it towards our credit card/car debt. If I had longer, set it aside for the HM :)

    Somewhere on the east coast, maybe NC I would love to still experience winter but not too bad but have access to the ocean in the summer.  They also have the prettiest scenery in the fall.

    It would be tough to make ends meet but I would rather love my job any day and make a few cuts in the budget then hate what I did for 8-10 hours everyday.

    What is your biggest pet peeve?
    This is tough, it really depends on the day.  The biggest for me are people that dont use their blinkers, and going into a business that serves the public and the person representing the company is less than professional. 
    Does your FI/DH know you are on TK? If so, what do they think about it?
    Yes, he just laughs at it but he goes on NFL panther and dodge charger forums so he doesnt have much room to talk.

    State:  San Francisco

    World:  Wow, hmm.  I would never be able to decide... I'd be a nomad across Europe and Asia. =)

    I think I would live in Massachussets (sp).  We vacationed in Boston and LOVED it.  But, can I come back to Texas for winter?

    Definitely 30k.  Happiness is more important than money, to me.  Plus, I'm pretty good at living within my means.  I can make adjustments.

    Internet wise, people who answer you by saying: @Lacey: blah blah blah.  Isn't that a twitter thing?  (I don't tweet).  It's so annoying.  I'm not at Lacey.  I'm Lacey.

    Haha.  Yes.  He calls y'all my Internet friends.

    I would love to live in Oregon.  I went to school up there for a semester and it was just so beautiful!  I think Australia would be cool as well!

    It depends on how much I hate it.  I would be willing to do a job I hated for a little while to get out of debt...then take a lower paying job that I liked!

    People who are just rude.  I can't stand people who are rude for no reason.  That's not the way you treat people!

    Yes, I think hes fine with it.  It gives me someone else to talk about wedding stuff to.

    I really like Moulin Rouge.

    It would go towards the wedding...probably the honeymoon.

    I would live in Boston if I had to pick another place other than Texas.  I have only been once but all the history and culture up there is amazing.  Plus most of the states up there are easy to get to whereas in Texas it takes a day just to get out of the state.  Anywhere in the world?  Not sure, I haven't traveled internationally a lot but I think it would be Austria or Scottland.  Both have history for me and it would be something I want to explore more.

    That's a tough one because I have a job making 30K that I hate but if I was making 150k at least I'd feel I'm getting something out of it.  I've also had a job that I loved where I made 18K and could do it anymore because of the money.  How about somewhere I can actually look forward to go to everyday and I make 50k.
    What is your biggest pet peeve?
    My biggest pet peeve I think would be rude people in crowded places (mall, rodeo, Ranger games, etc) that stop and stand in the middle of the walking area and have no idea that they are even in the way.  Move over and figure out where you are going and then get back in the flow.

    Yes he knows.  During the wedding planning he thought it was great, now that we are married he thinks I'm addicted
    What is your favorite movie?
    Sound of Music hands down!  I could watch it over and over and over!  No one will watch it with me anymore because I sing through the whole thing but I can't help it!
    If someone gave you 1,000 dollars right now and you had to spend it in the next hour what would you buy?
    I'd give half of it to my mom to help pay down our part of the cruise and then I'd buy clothes for said cruise.

    What is your biggest pet peeve? stepping into a wet shower (a shower that has just been used). it gives me the heebie jeebies. 
    Does your FI/DH know you are on TK? If so, what do they think about it? yes, he thinks it's silly, but is glad that i've found so many vendors through here that are a lot cheaper!
    What is your favorite movie? breakfast at tiffanys

If I moved, I would have to take my mom, and sister and family, we can all go to somewhere with a consistenly warmer climate. We will take a home in Hawaii and one in California. Anywhere in the world.. Greece maybe?

    Would you rather love your job and make 30K a year or hate your job and make 150K a year? I would have to take the 150K job bc that's more in line with what I make now and my expenses ( mortgage, car payment, etc.).

    What is your biggest pet peeve? People that get annoyed by stuff that really doesn't matter.

    Does your FI/DH know you are on TK? If so, what do they think about it? He knows all about it and wanted me to donate our left over favors to a knottie. I told him I was pretty sure no wanted left over jelly beans in our colors :)

    What is your favorite movie? Office Space because as a software engineer that's my every day life.

    What about anywhere in the world? Not sure, haven't been many other places in the world. I'm pretty proud to live in America. I'm going to Europe for the first time in March, I'll get back to you on that. But, I don't think I could live there with their socialist government systems. 

     Would you rather love your job and make 30K a year or hate your job and make 150K a year? This is a REALLY easy question. 30k a year job that I love. Hands down. 

    What is your biggest pet peeve? People who think they know everything, or one-uppers. People who say they are going to do something and don't do it. Adults who can't use correct spelling/grammar. Gosh, I have so many pet peeves. I can't just pick one. 

    Does your FI/DH know you are on TK? If so, what do they think about it? Yes, I don't think he really has an opinion one way or the other. 

    What is your favorite movie? Legally Blonde, or Mean Girls :) Because I could watch both over and over and not get tired of them. 

     If someone gave you 1,000 dollars right now and you had to spend it in the next hour what would you buy? I wouldn't buy anything, I would pay off something. (I.e. the new furniture we bought in December, or my school loan). If I HAD to spend it and couldn't pay anything off, I would go shopping. Probably buy clothes.

    I'm sorta with Dana on this one. I've been in the same job for 2 years. I can't stand it! I've had numerous problems....and as hard as I try I can't seem to get out of it :(

    *crosses fingers* I'm hoping to hear back from this employer I just applied to on Monday.

    At least if I'm getting paid out the @$$....I can enjoy the fact that I can quit and go with out a job for a while or find somewhere that I love that gets paid dirt.

    If so, what do they think about it? He thinks it's great, especially considering that since he's been gone I've been able to get out for G2Gs and stuff, to keep my mind off things. He also likes how much this has saved my sanity (and wallet) with planning everything

    Well, that depends.  If I'm working 40 hours or less at the job I hate, I could manage it.  If it requires any OT, then gimme the 30k job!  I'm so tired of working too much.
    What is your biggest pet peeve?  When people do stupid things.  If folks would just think about what they're about to do before they do it, and ask themselves, Is this stupid? The world would be a better place!

    What is your favorite movie?  Um, I can't think of a favorite right now... I like chick flicks though. 

    If someone gave you 1,000 dollars right now and you had to spend it in the next hour what would you buy?  Well, if I have to spend it, that means I can't put it in savings, so I'd put it toward some furniture for my house - we still have a few empty rooms, even though we've been there almost a year and a half!

    It's okay.  A couple of years ago, the homecoming theme was ThisHighSchool Around the World.  Each class (9/10/etc) got to pick a country.  The juniors picked Africa.

    If you could had to live in any state other than Texas, where would you live? What about anywhere in the world?
    That is a tuffy! I've lived in Texas all my life, so I've never gotten to experience a different state. I'm thinking, maybe Airizona...since it's not really cold cold there, plus not a lot of severe weather! :)

    Would you rather love your job and make 30K a year or hate your job and make 150K a year?
    I would say 30k..I would rather be happy then miserable! :)

    People who don't use a turn signal or cut you of...basically Texas drivers

    yes he does-at one point he would always seem to come in the room when I was reading Julie's post and he would always comment on the big blue MnM! LOL
