Irrational dislike and/or hatred

There's this woman that I work with that I absolutely can't stand for really stupid reasons (stupid on my part). I've tried to be nice to her, but I just can't do it. Whenever she opens her mouth I just want to slap her.

Anyone else dislike someone for no real reason, or is it just me?

I can't stand Horatio on CSI Miami, he makes my skin crawl.

I have a co-worker that giggles after everything she says.  I can't take it!  It's almost like she's not sure when she's supposed to stop talking so she giggles instead.

Yes, I dislike FI's Groomswoman/BFF's boyfriend. Its been over 2 years, and I'm getting used to him, but he still creeps me out. FI doesn't see it, but he makes my skin crawl.

People who clap at stupid things that don't merit clapping. Like someone says something funny so they give a few claps. Or the football players that clap for themselves after getting a frist down (I'm looking at you, Jags).

I despise FI and mine's friend's wife. The three of us tease each other a lot, but she always butts in with really insulting things. I know she just thinks she's playing along, but calling FI a pedophile isn't really cool.

Actually, I think that's a pretty good reason to hate her, lol.

I also have this hatred for a co-worker of mine. I can't stand her. Seeing her makes me want to stab myself in the eye. List of things she does I can't stand:

*She has really bad breath to the point where I gag when she is near me.
*
She is a smoker, I have nothing against smoker that's your business but she smells like smoke all the time.

*She brings me paper everyday and she tends to put right at the edge of my desk. I have a 7ft desk and she has to put it on the edge. The last time my arm was right there and a water bottle and she keep trying to shove the papers under my arm. It like HELLO my 10lb arm is going to be moved by 5oz of paper.

*At my desk I have mini fridge filled with water soda etc for clients and mostly sales. She comes up at least once a week and ask for water. I can't tell her no because then I am being rude but she knows it for clients and sales.

*She never answer her phone when you call her. I can peek my head out the door and see her sitting at her desk not answering or she is always out on a smoke break.

As I read these posts I truly believe that if more people worked on their dental hygiene by brushing their teeth, using mouthwash and chewing minty (sugar free) gum the world would be a much more loving place.

I LOATHE Rhianna. The rational part is that she's a talentless hack, but that makes me hate other more irrational things about her...her fivehead for one, and the fact that she was singing about 'like the way it hurts' after she was a domestic violence victim. Way to be a role model, biitch. ugh.

I really dislike Lady Gaga.  Since I work in gay clubs I have to hear her songs every 5 min.  I dont get the love.  Nor do I get her new song that says something like "I was born this way".  You are not gay.  Stop acting like you know what its like to be gay.

I dont like Tyra Banks.  Well more like I dont like her show.  I try to watch it but I cant get through it.  Same with Oprah.

I dont like Joy Behar (sp?).  Everytime she speaks I want to punch her dead in the face.

Pot smokers are my irrational dislike lately.  Honestly, I have no problem whatsoever with people smoking pot usually.  BUT I have two new neighbors who constantly smoke (cigarettes and pot) on the steps by the door, which is right below my living room window.  I dislike the smell.

Steph- Im with you on the pot smokers.  Do whatever you want in your house or whatever, but dont you have cologne or febreeze??  I smoke cigarettes and people are always surprised since I rarely smell like smoke.

There's an older lady in my class that feels the need to tell everyone her life story all the time. I don't care if you supposedly beat your kids but didn't actually beat them your ex husband is just a liar or how you lost your nursing license because your bipolar. It has nothing to do with the class and I didn't pay money to hear your annoying voice. I know more about this woman than I should.

There's another guy in my class. I want to hit him. I don't know why but I reaaaally want to punch him in the face. He's never done anything but I seriously can't stand him.

I'm also jumping on the GaGa bandwagon.

Yep, I have one.  The wife of one FI's friends.  I do not know why I have this irrational dislike of her.    She has excuses for everything.  She doens't work because she can't get along with anyone.  She invited EVERYONE she ever knew that was female to her bridal shower including past teachers and doctors/dentists/mechanics etc.  She used one of those registry services so every.single.time she changed anything everyone on it would get emailed.  She wanted to bond about having miscarriages around the same time which is NOT something I want to discuss with anyone let alone her.  And it bothers me she LIKES me, she tries to bond with me at any group events.  I know it is irrational and I try to be civil but I find it hard to relate with her in basic conversation.
