Wedding program wording

So, I obviously have no idea what I'm doing but I'm designing the programs for BFF's wedding next weekend and here's what I have. All songs will be played by a pianist. Can you tell me what I need to fix? Is everything capitalized and formatted properly?

I prefer programs ordered with the Couple's name wedding date/location and then the names of the wedding party and then the ceremony information. But that's just my opinion.

I think 'Chaplin' should be 'Chaplain'. Also be sure when you add full names, that you add in the bride's father's name, not the groom's father's name for the Officiant (4th line from the bottom).

"Grandparents' entrance" -- I believe this needs an apostrophe because grandparents is both plural and posessive in this case.

I would also list authors, composers and artists for the literary and musical selections; i.e. "Exceprts from Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austin". Technically, book titles should be underlined or italicized.

See, the pride and prejudice thing is instrumentals from the movie so I'm not sure how to do this?

my favorite line is

"Piano Lady, Pianist." I got a giggle out of that.

Yeah Roxy. Think of it like a Playbill, first you lay out the cast and then the scenes. If that makes sense.

Also I would off set the type for titles of the songs/readings some how. Either in a different font or italics or something. You could also offset the actual names of the people in the party and their role in a similar fashion (ie: having all the bridesmaids names in one font and "Bridesmaids" in another).

Visually it may present nicer (play around with it) to list them like this (instead of their role after their names like in your OP):

I understand, I had to flip over the last page of our programs and print on the blank side because it simply did not fit. A little ghetto? Maybe, but I had things to say!

Haha yeah, I thought of extending it to the back but thats just more printing. We've got to print like 200 of these suckers.

Ok, so the prelude is using music from the movie Pride & Prejudice? If you've got room, maybe include those song titles (and composer?), otherwise I'd just italicize Pride & Prejudice. Since the music is technically from the movie, not book, I probably wouldn't put Jane Austen's name.

Song titles are generally supposed to be italicized (depending on whatever style you're using), but I think they would look nice in quotes here. As long as the layout looks nice and you've given credit where it's due for titles, as long as you are consistent in what you do, then you're fine and don't necessarily need to adhere to strict style rules. It's about consistency.

Did you solve the issue of finding the hotels for the bach party in Anchorage? Hope so.

I did! I called Inlet Towers and they have a discount rate for in state residents so I pretended to be BFF and got it for $110!
