Another message board I read was talking about this and apparently it's becoming a trend.
I can find articles on fashion blogs about this dating back to like 2006 (ancient in the fahion world!) but I think it's really starting to catch on as mass-market retailers such as Loft are starting to make their own "cardigans" that are meant to be worn with the buttons in the back (

I know it's supposed to be worn like that but to me it still looks like she has a sweater on backwards, lol. I'm not really on board with this trend I guess but wdyt?
