How many paid and/or unpaid vacation days do you get at your job?
Do the days increase depending on how long you've been there? What's the most you can accure?
Do you get maternity leave? How many days?
Which of your past jobs had the best vacation policy and which had the worse?
Would you prefer a job that pays less but has more paid vacation and personal leave time, or a job that pays more but has less vacation and personal leave time? Assume the difference in pay isn't huge, but not tiny either.
