And now I can't stop eating them. They are so delicious, and I had to make a baggie so H could have some as a snack at work so I wouldn't eat them all.

They are delicious and cheaper than Cool Ranch Doritos.

My recipe (yoinked from allrecipes.com):

1 (1 ounce) package Ranch-style dressing mix1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed1/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper (optional)1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)5 cups oyster crackers

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the dressing mix, dill weed, vegetable oil, lemon pepper, and garlic powder. Add oyster crackers, and toss to coat. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring gently after 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and allow to cool before serving.

 I only bake for about 12 minutes. I think they would get too brown any longer than that.

Also, I use an entire bag of crackers, store brand for the frugal factor. And I use all the optional stuff.

They are the superior cracker. Little and octagonal and awesome. H wants me to make the same recipe with Saltines, and I told him that was blasphemy.
