<div>I agree.  Where do these kids pick it up?  Older siblings?  Their parents?  A lot of bullying is present in elementary schools which I can't begin to fathom.  Kids are so impressionable.  Just thinking about it makes me realize how much I'd have to change even silly little things I say when I have kids one day.  </div>

Ah, okay. I didn't realize there were similar programs around the state. I guess I thought Vancouver was special.

  • My dad's cousins homeschooled all of their 14 children....they were the definition of socially inept.  The only other kids they interacted with were kids at their church, who were also all homeschooled, so they made for a pretty awkward bunch.

But yeah, they had problems with hazing at the frats at my university.  The frat one of my friends was in wasn't too bad, mostly just being a DD for 'of age' frat members when they needed it (which was actually a pretty good idea for 'hazing' if you ask me).  However, one of the other frats got in major trouble for making them drink a gallon of milk.  I forget the whole story, but I think they did it on the bridge (pedestrian bridge that goes over one of the main roads through campus) and he vomited on the cars below and caused an accident.
