Did you read some of the comments (at the bottom) of the article? Ugh, racism. Why can't people just read an article and not comment involving the president's color....is it really all his fault there is a huge deficit ????

Haha, no, I think the guy who had the office before did his fair share of spending too.

Ugh, the comments were idiotic.  I should have expected that and stayed away. 

The spending on fighting daddy's war makes me angry, but the spending on entitlement programs when we are already hurting makes me angrier.

Don't worry about the future, China will own most of our debt and then once they buy it all up we can get free socialized healthcare LOL.

I believe the debt probably goes back even further than that, too. As long as I can remember, the national debt has been a topic of conversation. That doesn't make it any less depressing, though.
