In my family we use 'bot' to describe everything. It started with the fact we thought our dog acted like a robot and it blossomed into "megbot' and 'mikebot' and all sorts of pretty ridiculous bot talk... daily.

Wedding date: July 9 2011
Pets: None of my own, but my parents live on a farm and have two of the best dogs EVER (even if the puppy recently destroyed my favorite pairs of shoes..grr!)
What's your fiance's astrological sign?  Picses.  Holy I destroyed the spelling on that I think
Do you believe in ghosts? Never had a for sure experience...but I'm sure they are there (my FI and I may be slightly obsessed with the show Ghost Hunters...)
How do you like your steak cooked? Med rare
 What was your college mascot?  I actually only attended a private radio and TV broadcasting college, super fun by the way, but too small for a mascot, and a couple years later attended a small business admin school, so no mascot there!  However our city's university mascot is a Husky, and my high school was a Kodiak Bear.
Best vacation you've ever been on? Banff this Feb.  It was when my now FI told me maybe we should start looking at engagement rings  
Favorite and least favorite thing about wedding planning?  Oh my gosh, I am a party planning freak. I so far am having way too much fun with it.  Least fave?  That I still have to wait 10 month for it!
Favorite swear word?  I don't generally swear, even though I work in an autobody shop and am surrounded by swearing guys all day.  So I outdo them with a good old "holy fudge!"
Do you like brussell sprouts?  Can't say I'm a fan..but at the same time, I'm not even tried them!
Are you a coffee drinker? On occasion.  I like it, but I don't need it.
 What do you want to be when you grow up? Honestly, a mom.  I can't wait to have my own family!  I do enjoy what I'm doing now though, working in the shop for the last 4 1/2 years.  I'm a parts person.  Guess that's the tomboy in me

Fave book..the nerdy kid in me wants to say the Harry Potter series   I don't really have a specific book that sticks out..when I read I'm just happy to be chillin out enough to be able to do it!

And no, I'm not currently in broadcasting..it was a tough decision, I loved the school and had a lot of fun doing it, but the point in my life I was at I wasn't ready to move away anywhere to find a job.  It's something that still sticks in my mind tho, so maybe someday!  However, taking the job I have now, I never knew how much I'd enjoy working in the autobody industry, so it all worked out!

I will agree with you about broadcasting...the job search blows, and when I graduated I wasn't willing to move either, but by some miracle of God I found my job.  It transferred me a year later, but it turned out to be the best move I've ever made in my life (and it was only an hour away).

Plus I can't complain - I work 9-5, M-F, which is unheard of in broadcasting, really.
