How long have you been a knottie?

Since being engaged, May 2011. 

I lurked for a long time but never commented. Then made a sn (that no longer had my real name it) after we were married and started chatting about a month ago.

What's you favorite thing about hanging out here?

I enjoy talking with everyone on this board about many random things. You guys help my boredom at work - thank you! I also enjoy the other boards answering questions and giving advice.

ETA: I really appreciate the honest advice from everyone, on basically any topic. Internet strangers aren't afraid to tell you the truth.

How long have you been a knottie? I signed up a million years ago to look at the pretty dresses, but didn't start getting involved on the boards or anything until I was engaged.

What's your favorite thing about hanging out here? The community.  I love that the people here are really nice, but also honest.  I like that it isn't all "It's your day!  Totally offend and alienate everyone you know!"

How long have you been a knottie?

Since August. Honestly, I thought we were just getting a ring and not planning a wedding. FI said he didn't want to get married (family issues with his dad), and I was okay with that. But he changed his mind, picked a date and venue (family member's home) and then asked the big question!

What's your favorite thing about hanging out here?

The sense of community is awesome, and I know that as our wedding gets closer I will be prevailing on people for advice/opinions...  But I have to admit, I do enjoy the train wrecks more than I ought to!

What's you favorite thing about hanging out here?  I like this new group - very supportive, but I liked the old group as well and miss many of them.  And of course, there's always the drama on E and some of the other boards.  Not so much here on SB anymore

I realize now, too late that there's just too many numbers. And now unfortunately I can't change it. For short you can just you Z if you'd like. </div>

I joined in October 2010 when my friend got engaged. I started posting around June 2011, though, when I first looked at rings with my BF (now-FI).

I've made some of my best friends on TK and I like getting unbiased opinions and advice.

Thanks- he's my baby boy- he was only 5 lbs when we rescued him! now he's big and just as big a baby, he's also SPOILED! he insists on sleeping long ways inbetween us and under the covers and will not lay down until his head is poking out on our pillows, it's so cute and so annoying at the same time!
