I don't remember my period being this heavy since the month after my miscarriage.  Anybody else have a heavier period when they're stressed out?

The longer I go without BC, the worse it gets. I don't remember it being this bad, or having cramps at all, before I was on BC. However that was like 15 years ago, so my memory is probably not good. I've been off for a year and it has just gotten really bad.

I had a freakish, middle of the cycle on BC period this month because I'm so stressed out. I would call your doc though.

I would call your doctor just to be safe, considering your previous health issues.

I'm still on BC, it just strikes me as weird that's its so heavy.  Probably just the stress. 

If anyone here followed my other post about our best man's wife, my sister (who's an endoscopy nurse)  and I now call her "the polyp" because she's a pain in the ass.  We also decided that she's a cancer of the good mood.

Aww, thanks Jasmine.  It was in January 08, so I'm pretty much ok with it at this point.  We just decided that my body knew the timing was horrible so it took charge :)  Not to say that I didnt need therapy for a little while.

usually when I'm stressed its super light or non-existant....which then makes me more stressed because I'm scared I'm pregnant...then I have to go buy a pregnancy test to make sure...then I get to continue about being stressed about the original thing, but at least glad I'm not having a heavy period.

This is me too.  Although it hasn't happened sinve I've been on the Nuva Ring, only with BCPs.

i liked the nuvaring alot, but i gained 15 pounds so i had to go back to the pills

See, I actually lost weight with it.  Just a testament to how everyone reacts differently.

If you're worried, see your doctor.  Just to be safe, right?  Couldn't hurt.  I'm also so sorry for your loss.

Oh, and mine usually is extremely light or skips when I'm stressed.

I'm normally heavier if I'm tired or stressed. Also if I'm a few days later in my cycle in seems to be heavier and have more cramping.
