Riddles

Is there anyone on here that is good at solving riddles? FI told me he has a surprise planned for the middle of next week. I asked for hints and he sent me some riddles. He also said field trip.

1st riddle- What has a bed but never sleeps?
I believe he took this line from a bigger riddle. I first guessed vampire because he knows I like twilight but he said no then I guessed river bed \ river and he said no.

2nd riddle-What last forever, has a hole in it and reflects light?

I think so too. That is probably why he told me don't google anymore. There's not a river close by. River bed yes but no river. There's a lot small lakes like in the park close by too.

2 is definitely a diamond ring.  It has a hole, and "diamonds are forever."

You know I think you may right about the truck. FI's dad has had this old pick up sitting in the garage for a while and he told we could have it. So FI did all the paper work and we've been waiting for FFIL to finish reupholstering it and he has been really with other business.
