Jewelry. Because Dot asked (PIP)

I don't want to revive a dead thread so I thought I'd make a new one. I need help picking or being told something is hideous and to stop being ridiculous.

These are the earrings I like:













These are the necklaces. I don't know if it'd be too much with the earrings I've picked out. I suck at this stuff

With your dress I wouldn't do a necklace, just a larger pair of earrings. I love the 1st and 3rd pair of earrings.

That's what I was thinking too. I seemed like it would be a bit much if I had all of it. The first pair are definitely my favourite.

I LOVE necklace #1, but agree that a necklace may by too much for the dress. I vote for #3 earrings.

I like the first pair of earrings.  I also like the choker that the model is wearing with the dress.  I think you could do a necklace if it was something a little simpler.

I like the choker she's wearing too but I really hate having things around my neck like that.

I think I'll just cut the necklace idea and stick with earrings.

I vote for earring #2 and necklace #2.

Frankly, I've never been on the "it's too much" train, unless the jewelry is seriously huge and gaudy.  You won't have too many days to go all out like this, and I think if you'd like a necklace, you should wear one.  I've not ever once in my life seen a bride IRL wearing a blingy dress and jewelry and thought "Wow, it's just too much."

I like necklace 2 and earrings 1 and 3...  but really, I don't think you can go wrong.

This makes sense. My fear was looking gaudy. But I had the same thought about when else would you get away with things like this. I'll probably reconsider it on Monday when I go for a fitting.

FWIW, with that said, I do think necklace #1 might be too much.  But #2 is amazing and I sort of want it for myself.

I agree with J on the "never too much" train. Plus, I don't feel like the crystal details on your dress are that over-the-top. I like the 3rd pair of earrings and second necklace.

I like earring pair #2. I get very irrationally irritated by earrings that are identical to each other rather than mirror images of each other. 

If it weren't for this giant flaw (in my mind) I would like #1 best. I have issues...
