My parents got their dog neutered and he totally missed them. I'm not joking. He would lay around looking at his crotch area, lamenting his missing balls and licking his empty sack, like that would bring them back.

I looked at the neutical website last time they came up on here and learned that you can get neutical earrings. Why oh why would somone want those. I think the supposed purpose of neuticals are for show dogs since they're not supposed to be fixed. I doubt they'd fool a judge though.
