Random Thoughts/Irritations

I'm irritated that my normal coworker isn't here tonight so I'm working with a lazy person.  She doesn't even acknowledge anyone that approaches the desk.  I'm doing all the work and I'm about to go postal.  Plus she smells. Gross.

i am irritated by the fact that I procrastinated SO much that I essentially have 24 hours to get 60 hours worth of work done. Meaning, I get to go home and let the dog out and come back and finish working. OH JOY.

I am also irritated that we invited people over on Friday night and the husband said yes, and the wife emailed me today to say that they would prefer to have us at their house. We don't have to clean the house/food shop but we have to drive out there and be around their annoying dogs and not get to drink as much as we want!

I'm irritated with my school. We had to vote today for our student union. They want to raise our fees by 5 dollars for a day care we have on campus that only a small portion of students use. But yet, every candidate is going on saying "We'll work to lower tuition" and then they turn around and say they support raising our fees.

That's not the only thing. Because some dipwad cheated last year they make us put our votes in a little brown envelope and then we have to put that envelope in a larger envelope that has OUR NAME on it. WTF?! Voting is supposed to be anonymous.

Oh and I waited FIFTY minutes for a computer to turn on (get pass the log in screen) and it never actually turned on. Grrr.

I'm irritated that I have to submit a financial aid appeal for the spring. It's a pain in the ass, and will take 3-4 weeks to process. School starts in a week, assholes, you couldn't have told me this sooner?! Ugh.

I am irritated that I have to work on reports tonight instead of working out. It is the 'right' thing to do but I still hate it.

I also hate that I haven't heard yet about whether or not I have an interview for the job I just applied for, mostly because I want to know if I can meet my personal trainer tomorrow. If I get an email tomorrow for an interview tomorrow afternoon I will be pissed.

I wish I didn't want chocolate all the time. I just had 4 small truffles. They were awesome.

Non irritation--I love my husband, obviously, but especially lately.  He's been making everything so much better and it's good.


WTF, Anjelica Houston? I can't stand her in this show. Actually, I don't think I can stand this show, but I'm reserving judgment right now.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am seriously jealous of the COL in certain places. I know I don't have to live here but I am jealous that AATB can have a pink house for 1/4 of the price here.

Irration- We moved down here early so I could go to a job fair for substituting. We had no stuff for 10 days and had air mattresses and camping chairs. 

The day before the fair, ,I got an e-mail that it was canceled for the end of February. Not only did we rough it for nothing, I now can't work for another month.

Here's a random irritation: I have no idea why there are certain words that I constantly type out incorrectly.  I always write identifies as indentifies. And I often write like when I mean to say lie.

That didn't make me feel any better. The price of this house is what the one AATB linked would cost me if I got a steal on it.

I think it could happen near me but not in a neighborhood I would want to live in. I don't even want to remember cost per square foot for our place.

Lurker here, and probably late to the party but irritated beyond belief!

I was behind a woman today trying to turn into the grocery store and I could see in her sideview mirror she was blabbing on the phone, paying NO attention whatsoever to the enormous green light giving us the go ahead. Of course, my horn took that moment to crap out on me (I, uh, think I use it too much) and so I couldn't honk at her. She sat there on the phone through the entire light rotation!

She finally went through the next green signal and I noticed she parked near me at the grocery store. When I came out her car was still there, and I left a nasty note on her car. Felt better after that.

Yeah, mine really should say Inland Empire, but there isn't an option for that. Yeah, no traffic. Maybe 20 minutes, depending on WHERE I'm going.

Ugh had super fun night followed by getting in arguement with FH. Walked 2 miles home through the city alone.

Got home to a FB post from ex-bf that he just found out his "friend" was having their son. By no means would I want to trade places with this girl but it was just not the night I wanted to learn this. Needless to say I am not pleased. 

This is a total KUI P&R vent but I just had to post it.

AATB I want that house so bad. I would gladly move to Fargo for it.

Koda I never reply you're welcome in emails. I agree. I think it's a waste of time.
