Today is especially the teacher appreciation day!! Which ironically is the day of our governor primaries in WI (aka the beginning of Scott Walker's recall). Happy Teacher Appreciation Day to all the teachers!

This is my first full year as a teacher and I sub and a kid made me a picture yesterday for teacher appreciation week and it pretty much made my year.

After my interning this semester, I definitely appreciate what teachers do a lot more.  Of course, hopefully this time next year I will be a teacher.

DNA, I hear you. It was all I could do not to cry in class today over bad behavior. If it counts, I'm really glad to read from so many people who work so hard to make a good learning environment for their kids.  I'm sure it makes a difference, even if it's just to one kid.
