We have a local joint called "Leaves and Beans" its all fresh and organic and whatnot.  I think they put crack in it, because its amazing.  It also costs an arm and a leg, so I don't buy it often.

We have a local brand called Stumptown that is amazing.

We have some great local brands of fairly traded coffee.  I tend to stick with those, and I do grind the beans myself at home just before brewing.  Yummy!

I voted for Eight O'Clock because that's what we normally buy. But when we're feeling rich, we buy from a roaster in our city, Old Crown Coffee.

Dunks, but only made at home. I can't stand getting hot coffee from the stores, it tastes nutty.

Whiskey all the way. Coffee tastes nasty for the whole cup. Usually by the 3rd shot of whiskey, I can't taste it anyway.

Local brand - usually this place called Groundworks, which has 5-6 locations in LA, including one near our farmer's market.

If not that, then we get Starbucks or Trader Joes (which is surprisingly - or maybe not so surprisingly - good).

But we usually buy whole beans.

I had a roommate who drank whiskey IN coffee every damn day.  Sometimes he'd mix it up with SoCo instead, but most of the time it was just whiskey.

I actually tried it once and loved it but was afraid alcoholism might develop ;-)

Caribou Coffee's Caribou.  Runners up are Dunkin Donuts Hazlenet and Green Mountain Hazlenut.  I don't think there are any local brands here.

I brew dunkin' at home, but I work like 500 feet from a starbucks, so I'm there all the time. 

But I only drink their espresso. Pike Place smells like cat pee when it gets cold, and that grosses me out.
