I think as we go along, just because I imagine if we all do it on the same day it'll be rather convoluted. We should keep track of everyone who gets their present though so we can make sure everyone got theirs.

I agree with Sunrise.  If we do it after some guessing, then hopefully people will be around for revelations.

I like the idea of a big reveal because it keeps it a surprise. Like, say I got my gift in a week. If I post the next day that M&M (or whoever it is, not saying it's her) got it for me, then anyone who gets their gift after that knows it's not from her, and so on and so on. Did that make sense? It did in my head.

A big reveal might be confusing, but I can also see it being exciting and fun.

That is a good point Sesh. Sooner or later the last few people will be able to narrow down who got them...

I still say people should post their cute stuff though when they get it

So here's a question- Is everyone going to send all the stuff at once, or are you going to send it piece by piece, if you buy more than one item? I'm curious how this worked last year.

This is my question, plus I wonder if you can hide your address with UPS, or whomever you choose to use. Can they keep a record of return in case there is a problem, but not reveal to other person?

ETA: I would prefer to do the big reveal later.

Nope.  Pretty sure that no matter how it's sent, the gift from me will have a big South Dakota stamp on it.

I like this, a lot.  Then all we need is one thread on the 17th where everyone just says who they gifted.

I hadn't even considered that  :( I guess we should just put a card with the gift if we want to, and if not we just reveal on the 17th.

I'm so pumped for having a big reveal and posting pictures before hand! Yay! This is so fun!!

I am nervous about the return address situation. And what happens if it gets lost in the mail?? Then it won't be returned to me..???
