I read the book long before there was a musical, and I enjoyed both. The musical is, well, a musical. It's much lighter and has the big Broadway Happy Ending. MUCH different than the books.

In a book thread recently I saw someone say they started wicked and just hated it and couldnt get into it, so I was kind of worried about starting it. Im glad I just jumped in because I really like it! You should check it out seshat

One of our neighbors broke into the community mailboxes and we had to go to the post office for 2weeks to get our mail while they installed a new one.

Ours looks like a combination of rusting out and slamming it with a baseball bat from the bottom up. I have no clue what happened. I can close it, but I don't know how much longer it will last. Thankfully, this is the landlord's responsibility to fix.

I'll have to check our Wicked. I still have a bunch of books katie recommended on the book thread a few days ago. Finally, (potentially) good books to read again!
