KPS: Not a Honeymoon anymore?

I'm going on vacation with my husband this Friday actually! And yes it's more than a month after our wedding. It's a month and a few days. I guess I missed the acceptable honeymoon window! What shall I dooooo?

I'm honored.  I thought that the highlight of my "bridal party career" was when I got to be a "flower goddess" in my brother's wedding when I was 19 but I now know that my crowning achievement will be when I get to serve as the "guest book attendant" at age 29.    I better go start working on my speech. ( I do get to give a speech right?)

A flower goddess is what happens when you're not included in your brother's wedding party and your mom flips out at him and makes him add you after they already have a wedding party.  It was perhaps the most awkward moment of my life having to walk down an aisle at 19 and throw flower petals.  As if that wasn't embarassing enough they had a full on head table at the reception and I was seated with the guests (which was fine with me but it just made me feel even more like an afterthought and I wished my mother has never pushed the issue).  However, if you have your heart set on a flower goddess I can see if my grandma is available.
