...and I am bored out of my mind. Two weeks this time. I guess working two jobs will keep me somewhat occupied, but not the whole time.

What does everyone else do when they've got a bunch of "me" time?
Which did you like better? "Jedi" or "The Empire Strikes Back"? "Empire". Blasphemy. "Empire" had the better ending. I mean, Luke gets his hand cut off, finds out Vader's his father, Han gets frozen and taken away by Boba Fett. It ends on such a down note. I mean, that's what life is, a series of down endings. All "Jedi" had was a bunch of Muppets.

    I am going through the same thing.  My H is gone for 2 weeks too and I am so bored.  The only thing that's helping me right now is we just moved into a new apartment this weekend so that's keeping me a little busy during the day.  Worst part is though he gets one week off then he's gone again for 2 weeks then another week off and then he's gone for 4 weeks.  I have way too much time on my hands and I am not working right now.

    That sucks, I'm sorry. At least getting the new place together can be kinda fun, at least parts of it.

    As a general rule FI is oot every other week or at least every two, but since he'll be MIA for most of September because of the wedding, he's has to be gone more now.

    Yeah, it comes along with being an Army wife.  I can't really complain though because he's not going to be deployed anytime soon.  When he's gone, I catch up on shows and movies he has no interest in watching.  I also have a pretty awesome dog who keeps me company.

    We rent, so big projects are out. Though, we are looking for a house to buy after the wedding, so I guess I could do some legwork there.

    I wish I lived in a house where I could redo rooms.  I've been hanging crap on the walls and organizing the closet.  He's probably going to come home and tell me I hung everything all wrong but that's what he gets for not doing it before he left.

    Hey, at least you can hang stuff by yourself! If I was oot, the FI would wait until I got home. He's not very handy with the home projects, but I love him anyway!!!

    Haha, he's pretty handy but if I was gone it wouldn't get done because he doesn't think it's a necessity to have the curtains hung and the giant clock put up. I need to light a fire under his ass with those things so maybe it's better that I'm doing it...

    OOOOhhh I love the OCD Project, I think it's really interesting. I've always wondered how they treat OCD. Minorly interesting sidebar, one of FI's good friends is good friends with a girl and brought her home to visit STL, and this girl's roommate is Kristin from the OCD project.

    I love OCD project, T can not stand it. It makes him beyond anxious, he can't even listen to it from the other room.

    I think its interesting Kristin has fake nails, how does she handle having her nails done every 2 weeks? She also has an awesome tan, does she go tanning? If so, how can she manage that? Shes a bit of a brat.

    Yeah, I've wondered those things too, but I didn't remember to ask her those questions. Apparently the OCD project wrapped shooting in OCt and the Dr sent her away to treatment in MN (I think) until Feb. She's some better now, but still has a way to go. The roomie says that guys and stress trigger her more than anything.

    I don't really have anything weird.  It is more related to my ADD and the medication I take, because of the meds I need to get thing done as soon as I think of it.

    I love having lists.  Corey wants to burn them all.  We just moved into a new apartment and I think he almost killed me because of all the lists and organization.  I had a minor freak out because I had a certain way I wanted to do things and he had a bunch of friends come and totally messed up my system.

    I wish I could remember my lists. I make them out of good faith but I never remember them. Though I do have some odd things that I like a certain way.  Like my phone/smokes/lighter combo have to be a certain way when I'm sitting at a bar. And a few other little quirks I have.

    I make the lists just to calm me, I typically don't end up needing or using them. They just relax me. Wheneer I go to the airport though I have to go through a mental list of essentials and you can't talk to me while I do it or I have to start over.

    I think that quirks make you a more interesting person, but isn't BSC. I think there has to be some serious acting out and flipping out for me to think someone's BSC.
