So maybe tmi for some. So I missed my period last month, and I have never missed one ever. And after an ultrasound (external and internal) I am not preggo, so doc says I possibly have endometriosis. So he put me on progesterone for 12 days to see if my period would come back.
Lately I have had lower face (chin and cheek) acne which i've never had before and I read online ( not sure of how legit it is) but that taking the progesterone will cause horrible acne because there isn't an equal amount of estrogen to keep my skin clear-like how it is in traditional bc pills. I am also on an antibiotic and 2 creams to help my skin get clear. (And I cannot take birth control at all to help regulate anything)
Will the progesterone make my skin break out badly? Anyone had issue like this with progesterone?
