  • In Response to Re:Good Evening!:[QUOTE]In Response to Re:Good Evening!:Has anyone attempted to make homemade pasta before? How did it turn out?Posted by brandichamberlainTotally easy. nbsp;Even without a pasta roller you can still make nice fettuccini and ravioli without much trouble. nbsp;Just make sure you get them thin enough when you roll out the dough. I just saw someone make it on the food network and I want to try it.

  • Awww... H just sent me an e-mail with links to a bunch of baby backpacks/carriers.  Like high tech backpacking ones.  I love him :)

That is sweet. Have you seen those strollers that open and close by themselves?

  • No, I haven't seen them.  I've heard of them, and I think most of them are quite heavy/bulky for getting in and out of trucks and stuff.  But I could be mis-informed as I've done very little research of my own.

  • I decided on "One Week" for a movie, for the sole reason that Joshua Jackson is in it.

    It's actually pretty good!

I haven't looked into it much, so that may be true. A friend was talking about them and it sounded cool.

  • Hi ladies!

My guests just left a little while ago after they all helped me clean the whole yard of the pool stuff etc.  They are awesome.

We had a great day.  Weather was amazing and the kids had a great time.

[QUOTE]Yeah, I have some of the aloe gel from the drugstore, but that stuff kind of sucks and dries out my skin. I keep meaning to take a piece of my mom's huge aloe plant and grow it here and I always forget, and on nights like this I'm kicking myself. I have this "miracle cream" from Aloette that really works well, so I've put that on and am hoping for the best.

<div>White cider vinegar.  I had a major burn (skin was blistering that evening) and aloe hurt.  The vinegar was the only thing that made it stop burning and hurting, enough that I was able to put aloe on.  FYI, the smell can be a little overpowering, but the relief far out weighs it!</div>
