At work, I always assume the Chinese have a purse full of cash and will buy everything in cash.

I always assume the Japanese will pay by credit card and they will always spend easily.  Except yesterday when the Japanese couple had 2 cards declined.  Everyone at work was in shock, because we had never seen a Japanese credit card get declined, much less 2.
