I applied for a job yesterday afternoon, got a call yesterday evening, interviewed today, and was offered the job on the spot. So I went from unemployed and no interviews to employed in about 20 hours. She wanted me to start TOMORROW. I can't, but I start next week! It's part time (I'll have 24 hours and 32 hours every other week), and it's a bottom of the ladder position, but it sounds like lots of potential for growth, and hey, it's a job! In my field. And it will work out well schedule-wise with my going to back to school for my certificate program to get licensed this fall.
