I just saw the new snuggie commercial. It is set to the "Hey Macarena" melody but "Hey! It's a Snuggie". I don't know whether to laugh, cry, or bang my head on the wall.

My brother-in-law has a Minnesota Vikings Snuggie.  When Ben and I were doing our registry at BBB, they had Minnesota Twins ones.  Not gonna lie... I kinda wanted to buy one.  But more for the sheer hilariousness factor and not because I actually think it's a good idea.

Those commercials are just hilarious in how they portray regular blankets to be SUCH a pain in the ass.

I love my Snuggie. My dad bought me one for Christmas a few years ago, and when I wear it in the winter my DH cringes the entire time. He's now started praying when I walk by him in it, because he says I look like the Pope. \

I have seen the Snuggies for dogs.  And I love how they present them in the ads.

"Aaaand... you can ALSO get a Snuggie... FOR YOUR DOG!"  As if it's the best idea ever and like your dog will actually wear a freaking Snuggie.

And who knows, maybe some dogs would wear Snuggies.  I just think of my family dog back on the farm, Bubba, and how he won't even use his damn dog house, let alone a sleeved blanket.

Zippity - mine did that too. I washed it with Oxy Clean and it worked like a charm.

BUT I do love my snuggie. Its leopard print and my grandmother gave it to me.

Did you know that Martha Stewart is taking over the effing world? I cringe every time I walk by her shiit in PetSmart.

Omg blankets are just so horrible and inconvenient. I don't know why we've used them for the last, oh, 13,000 years.

Our boss got tired of the women in the office complaining of being cold (I'm not one of them), so instead of turn the heat up he got us each Snuggies. Two of us have zebra print the other two have pink. Forgive the awful picture.
